About Me
I am calm, positive, friendly and non-judgemental. I have spent the last 3 years experiencing, practicing and studying EFT and the effects of trauma on the body. I have a very keen interest in psychology, mental health and mindfulness. I continue to study and develop skills through self-study, workshops, courses/further training, and I undertake formal supervision sessions as required by my EFT professional association AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Energy Techniques). My previous work and education (prior to having children and moving to France) has been within the Education Sector including being a Nursery Manager in the Borders in Scotland. I am also a choreographer and teacher of dance (various traditional folk styles), teaching adults and children. My degree is in Education and Drama which included Drama Therapy and Philosophy of Education.

I live in the lush, beautiful Valley of the Dordogne in South-West France, where summers are long, the air is clean and nature is fairly unspoilt. I have two handsome young boys and live in the wooden-house my partner built 8 years' ago. I love to dance, to practice mindfulness and to swim in the local lakes and the River Dordogne with my family.
